Bjorklund Built Homes has been creating classic New England coastal inspired relaxed, energy efficient and green minded, high performance residential designs and stunning new home construction and renovations in New Haven County & Fairfield County since 1986. Our time-tested approach to everything we do is very simple, unwavering attention to detail and a “best in class” approach to every aspect of every project we work on.

It is never the scope nor size of a project that matters, it’s always the quality of craftsmanship, transparency in pricing, long term client relationships and understanding how to deliver the highest performing building science in this very moment that will continually separate us clearly from other contractors.
With today’s material costs and energy costs, there’s no reason that cost conscious building and energy saving techniques should not be incorporated into every aspect of what we deliver for our clients.

Chris Bjorklund

FOUNDER

Born of humble beginnings, Chris is a genuine example of what is possible with unbridled love, ambition and artistic passion.

Born in the 70’s and raised in the 80’s Chris grew up the son of a builder being around the trade in his formative years, a musician, an artist, an athlete and a free spirit Chris went to Fairfield Prep and Graduated from SCSU with a triple major, while chasing his passion of being a touring musician.

Along the way Chris and his father forged the business of renovation and new construction rooted in Milford in the early 2000’s.

Today Chris and his crew build some of the finest homes in Milford.
